Shipping & returns

International Orders

Ringsport currently ship internationally to New Zealand, Singapore,  postage cost for all International orders, up to 2kgs will be confirmed on the site settings over 3kg will be confirmed by email before charging if any extra postage is required.

Heavy and over sized items

Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight, if over size or over 20kgs you will be contacted and advised of the total cost before transaction will be processed. If an item requires extra shipping it should be noted in the items description, Over sized items will only be shipped in Australia.

Our satisfaction guaranteed policy

You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "as new resalable" condition within 30 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.)

Returns & warranty

If a product develops a problem within an unresonable time of use or is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, Send all returns to: 5/29 O'Malley street, Osborne Park 6019. Western Australia, Ringsport will refund, exchange or repair the item at our discretion if the fault is determined to be a manufacturing fault. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured will nullifies this warranty.
